Scheduling

Pickups and deliveries available:

Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM

Saturday, 8 AM - 12 PM, customer pickup/drop-off ONLY. Exceptions may be made.

Schedule at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day service may include a $25 rush fee.

Packaging & Safety

Chicagoland Knife Sharpening will provide custom knife sleeves upon completion of sharpening service. Please wrap knives needed servicing in towel or other protective material prior to pickup/drop-off

If CKS has serviced knives before, please return knives with custom sleeves
Turnaround Time
-
Standard: 0–3 business days with the aim to return knives DAY-OF. Rush service available. Customers are notified via text/call or email once ready.
Delivery & Drop-Off

Deliveries are hand-delivered or left in a secure, pre-approved location. We are not responsible for theft or damage after drop-off.
Payment Terms
-
Payment due upon delivery or before pickup, or if needed, invoiced and payment processed 2 weeks from service date. Accepted: Cash, Credit, Zelle, Venmo, or invoice. Late payments may incur a 5% fee.
Damage & Liability

All items are inspected before and after sharpening. CKS is not liable for pre-existing damage or manufacturer defects.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancel/Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations may incur a $15 fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a free re-hone or inspection.
